Plate-Rod-Fabric-Film

Product Code: Levha-Çubuk-Kumaş-Film
Definition : PTFE Kinetic Chemicals company at that time, was found by chance in 1938 by Roy Plunkett employees. PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) is a synthetic florapolim a wide variety of applications. PTFE is based on the well-known trademark, manufactured by DuPont Teflon.

Application Areas : Producing cable used in aerospace and computer technology due to its excellent dielectric properties, due to its very low fluid resistance in the fuel and hydraulic lines in the shaft due to low frictional resistance, the gasket and seal manufacturing are used in pumps and valves, non-stick feature is widely used in the manufacture of gear-like part due.

PTFE GENERAL FEATURES
Heat Flame Resistance Friction and Wear
When PTFE almost all plastics and elastomers exposed to a temperature beyond the heat-Limit even a material which retains features.
Depending on the end-use criteria, PTFE continuous service temperature is 260 0C. Short term can withstand higher temperatures in use.
PTFE excellent high temperature and flame resistance and high melt has a failure temperature. Flame propagation characteristics such as PTFE produce heat release and fire rate is quite low. Coefficient of friction of PTFE solid material is a material which is the lowest. Abrasion resistance fiber glass fibers, can be made using carbon or graphite on the intended use.
Environment Pollution Bonding, Separation Working in Low Temperature
PTFE is chemically pure and inaktifd. Oil, stabilizing additives, plastics additives or does not contain additives such as process fluid from polluting antiokisi. PTFE has extremely low surface energy in the solid state. This feature provides an excellent non-sticky and wet environment. Even at temperatures well below minus temperatures PTFE maintains excellent properties. PTFE impact resistance at low temperatures exceeds the impact resistance of most other polymers
Corrosion Service Life Light Stability
PTFE has excellent chemical resistance. In a wide temperature range PTFE most severe organic and inorganic chemicals, resistant to acid and the solution. PTFE oils, solvents, UV light, oxidizing agents, other environmental agents and retains its properties even at high temperature in an excellent manner. Color change and are resistant to brittle fragility PTFE has the lowest refractive index.
When exposed to ultraviolet and infrared light it does not change the appearance.
Dielectric Biodegradability Humidity
PTFE dielectric strength is very good and has a dielectric constant. The loss factor is low. In terms of stability and level of dielectric property in a wide environmental conditions it is better than most of PTFE material. PTFE pure form, the space for the microorganisms and nutrients are inactive against microbial proliferation and provide an environment where enzymes attack. PTFE is completely resistant to chemical reactions. It is a good barrier against water. Even though the long-term water PTFE chemical, physical and dimensional characteristics remain the same unchanged.
